WORKING CONDITIONS

Precautions for use:

1. The direction must be determined before turning on the machine, and no reversal is allowed: 2. It is strictly forbidden to run dry without medium to avoid damage to the stator; 3. The pump that is newly installed or stopped for several days cannot be started immediately. You should inject a proper amount of oil or soapy water into the pump body, and then use a pipe wrench for a few turns before starting; 4. After transporting high-viscosity or particle-containing and corrosive media, water or solvent should be used for flushing to prevent blockage, so as to avoid difficulty in starting next time; 5. In winter, the effusion should be removed to prevent freezing and cracking; 6. Lubricating oil should be added to the bearing seat regularly during use, and if there is leakage at the shaft end, the oil seal should be treated or replaced in time; 7. If an abnormal situation is found during operation, stop immediately to check the cause and eliminate the fault.
