IS series clean water pumps/horizontal pipeline pumps are single-stage end-suction centrifugal pumps. The horizontal pipeline pump is cleverly combined, developed and designed on the basis of the IS clean water pump. Its biggest change is that the impeller of the water pump is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, which shortens the length of the water pump and reduces the loss of the motor. , which improves the efficiency. IS series end suction pumps/horizontal pipeline pumps are used to transport clean water and other liquids whose physical and chemical properties are similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, HVAC refrigeration cycle, etc.

Stainless steel pipeline pumps are used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber departments, and the operating temperature is -20℃～+120℃.

Close coupled centrifugal pump
The impeller is mounted directly on the extended shaft of the motor

It is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, bushing and suspension bearing components.

WORKING CONDITIONS

End suction pump working conditions:

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering, so that the flow-through part and connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel.

2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm. Note: If the medium used has fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
