WORKING CONDITIONS
Product precautions
1. The pump set should be installed horizontally and fixed on a solid foundation, not affected by the vibration of other equipment;
2. Sufficient space should be reserved around the pump set to facilitate the maintenance and repair of the pump set;
3. The base area must be larger than the bottom plate area of the pump set;
4. There should be an adjustable liner between the bottom plate of the pump set and the foundation (for adjusting the level of the pump set);
5. During installation, care should be taken to prevent tools and sundries from falling into the pump cavity;
6. After installation, check whether the two parts of the coupling (pump coupling and electrical coupling) are misaligned. If there is a misalignment, adjust the alignment. The gap between the pump coupling and the electric coupling is preferably 1-2mm. After adjustment, turn the coupling by hand and it should turn freely;
7. Adjust the direction of the pump according to the direction of the arrow on the pump set before starting the machine. If the pump is run in reverse, damage to the pump set components will result. Check that the pump does not run for a long time when it is rotating, so as not to damage the mechanical seal due to the absence of liquid lubrication in the pump unit.
